retrieval systems require interaction between an
exhibitor and an attendee to request and record
information. This interaction may or may not take
place due to overloaded staff, a shy or intimidated
attendee, or simply an oversight by both the staff and
attendee. The lead process is not without error. Many
savvy exhibitors set-up a staffed inquiry station to
manage lead collection. For larger exhibits
this practice can pay big dividends.
